I realized I've never put up anything by A Perfect Circle. It's a blah morning here in Baton Rouge. Not a bad day, not a great day. New Year's day and then a friday and then a weekend makes for a weird time.

Lost in the mix of LSU dominating in the Peach Bowl was LSU holding on for a win against USL in basketball. Next up is SLU on Saturday and then a trip to Utah before opening conference play with Bama. LSU is doing what they are supposed to in order to set themselves up to make the tournament (winning most/almost all of the out of conference match ups). I'm interested to see how they fare in conference. Frankly, the SEC just isn't that strong and there's no reason a team like LSU couldn't do alright. And honestly, I'm more worried about the basketball recruiting right now, the actual play is humming along.
